Join Me on August 17th at 3 PM EST for a Webinar Detailing Phone Call Conversion Data in Partnership With CallRail
This is a shorter e-mail than usual as I just relocated from Louisville, KY to Raleigh, NC but next week I’ll be back in the swing of things and have LOTS of insightful data to help you optimize your business for growth. Thanks for sticking with me!
If you are interested in attending the webinar, you can sign up for it here. There will be PLENTY of time for questions.
Last week, I wrote that while chat and online scheduling tools drive fewer leads compared to phone calls, the proportional revenue volume from those conversion tools is higher.
While phone call match rates may never equal that of chat or online scheduling, calls still account for about 78% of lead volume from paid digital ads.
Because of the high volume, we often find the biggest lead handling issues happen on the phone.
That is why we partnered up with CallRail to co-host a webinar on Wednesday, August 17th at 3 pm EST that will reveal our revenue data insights for phone calls and how you can use the data to grow your business.
The bottom line is that phone calls still drive the most revenue out of any conversion tool in the home services space:
It’s unlikely that will change anytime soon (although you can get an edge right now by adding chat and online scheduling to your site and optimizing your lead management processes for those tools).
So, if you’re looking for the first place to start optimizing your business to increase your revenue and customer retention, phone calls are the best place to start.
We’re going to deep dive:
The lead tracking problem
How you can fix it and the KPIs you need to start tracking today
By the numbers - where you’re losing revenue but probably don’t even know it
Case studies - we’ll provide examples of how this data has helped home service businesses increase their revenue per lead
And lots of time for your questions
I’ll also touch on perfecting your phone presence, but if you need a refresher with phone scripts, check out our article on ACHR news here.
I’d be so grateful and humbled if you can make it, and share it with colleagues in the industry as we deeply believe all boats rise with the tide.
PS - forward this to your marketing agency - if you can’t make it, they should and they can start using these metrics to optimize their strategy and provide better analysis when consulting your business :)
Until next time.
