Hey Jon I'm a searchlight user. Was sent this blog by Elena. Any tips on how these numbers were achieved. We've used zyra talk last year for a while. We've tried two other services since. Our booking rates have been terrible with them compared to what humans routinely achieve for us.
one more note - we are rolling out our pilot of lead grading, which leverages our own models (built by our Stanford engineering AI track grad) that transcribes calls, grades them, highlights missed opportunities, bookable vs. non bookable, top reasons non bookable etc mapped to our UI down to the channel and category level so I may have some more insights for you once we get that going!
